Our Approach!
TCS Group takes a customer-oriented approach to our cabling and communication projects. Every installation starts with a customer needs analysis supplemented with an onsite evaluation/survey. We take into account the structure of the building, operating conditions, existing equipment, current and future user requirements/expectations and budgetary constraints as well as any other driving factors. Since every customer is unique, we take the time to listen and fully comprehend the needs and objectives of each customer.
When required, we create professional in-house CAD drawings showing the planned placement of cables, outlets and equipment. These as-built drawings can be supplied to our customer at the end of the project reflecting the final configuration.
Each project is assigned a unique job number when specifying/estimating the project. Work orders are created to schedule logical pockets of work and effectively managed to track job progress. Since our business is running on state of the art custom designed software, the work is properly scheduled to accommodate the customers’ requirements and to minimize downtime. We can work after normal business hours or over weekends to accommodate our customers’ needs. We track the progress of the job and provide our customers with project status/progress information.
Our Account Managers will conduct a final walkthrough with the customer at the end of the project to ensure that the customers’ expectations have been met and that the work was carried out according to specifications. During this process, we will address any questions/concerns that the customer might have.
